Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, not at this time. We also do not ship outside of the continental (48) United States.
Do you offer free shipping?
For full-sized products, we offer Free Shipping, no minimum required. Orders ship in 3-5 business days. For Sample products, we charge a small fee (varies by product) to cover shipping.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we do. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Just email us at: hello-innovation@generalmills.com with your order number and a brief summary of your experience. We offer a one-time full refund, up to the full purchase price (excluding tax).
